Pramanam Astrologer Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between:

1. Wesix-Stars Projects Private Limited, CIN U70200KL2024PTC089285, registered office III/914-2, No. 7A, Green Park, Near Daya Hospital, Thiruvambady, Thrissur 680022, Kerala, which owns and operates the brand Pramanam and the website www.pramanam.net ("Pramanam", "we"); and
2. the astrologer whose name, mobile number and details are recorded on their Pramanam account ("the Astrologer", "you").

The agreement starts when the Astrologer ticks the acceptance box on the astrologer sign-up form.

2. Definitions

3. Sign-up, verification and acceptance

1. The Astrologer signs up with a WhatsApp number of their own and confirms that the details they give are true and their own.
2. After sign-up the Astrologer may use the free month (clause 4) and may buy a Professional or Co-branded Plan straight away.
3. A White label Plan, the "Verified" label and a listing on the Astrologers page are given only after Pramanam has checked the Astrologer. Pramanam may refuse or withdraw any of these at its discretion, without giving a reason.
4. One person may hold one astrologer account. A second account, or an account in another person's name, is a breach of this agreement.
5. The Astrologer accepts this agreement by ticking the box on the sign-up form. Pramanam records the version accepted and the date and time.

4. Free month

1. For one month from sign-up, the Astrologer may make up to 10 Reports free of charge, at most 3 in a day, and may use the astrologer calculators.
2. Reports made in the free month carry Pramanam's standard reader branding, including the Pramanam name, report ID and QR code. They carry no Professional, Co-branded or White label branding.
3. The free month is given once per person and per WhatsApp number. It is for getting to know Pramanam, not for commercial resale.
4. Unused free Reports lapse at the end of the free month. The free month has no cash value.

5. Plans and branding levels

1. Each Plan includes an Allowance of Reports each plan month (Schedule). Unused Reports do not carry over to the next plan month.
2. When the Allowance is used up, the Astrologer may buy extra Reports at the price shown on the site. Life Summary and Business Porutham are bought separately at the plan price shown on the site, and then carry the Plan's branding.
3. How Reports made under each Plan are branded:
   • Professional: the Astrologer's name appears as "Prepared by". No logo. Pramanam's name, report ID and QR code remain.
   • Co-branded: the Astrologer's name and logo (or, without a logo, a monogram of their initials) appear beside Pramanam's name. The report ID and QR code remain.
   • White label: only the Astrologer's name and logo appear. There is no Pramanam name, report ID, QR code or Pramanam credential line.
4. The Astrologer may not remove, cover or alter Pramanam's marks on Professional or Co-branded Reports.
5. The AI Chat and the Verifier are not part of any Plan.
6. Samples of each branding level are shown on the site before purchase. Pramanam may improve the design of Reports at any time without changing what each level includes.

Calculator day pass and pack. An astrologer account without a running Plan may buy:

• A day pass: the astrologer calculators for one calendar day, India time, ending at midnight. It includes no Reports.
• A pack of 10 days: valid for 30 days from purchase. A day is used only on the first calculator use of a calendar day. While a Plan is running, no pack days are used. Days not used within 30 days lapse.

The fair-use limits for a paid Plan apply on a day covered by a day pass or a pack day.

6. Fees, payment and launch offer

1. Plans, extra Reports and the White label setup fee are paid online through Razorpay only, at the price shown on the site on the day of purchase. Cash is not accepted.
2. Goods and Services Tax is added where it applies. Each payment gets a receipt with the Astrologer's billing address.
3. No refunds. A Plan, extra Reports and the setup fee are not refundable, in whole or in part, including when a Plan is not used or ends early under clause 15. Two exceptions apply: a payment charged twice is refunded, and a payment taken without the purchase being delivered is put right by delivering it.
4. Launch offer: a yearly Plan bought on or before 31 December 2026 runs for 14 months instead of 12. Monthly Plans are not part of this offer.
5. Pramanam may change prices for future purchases. A change does not affect a Plan already paid for.

Day-pass credit. The amount paid for single day passes in a calendar month is deducted from the price of a Plan bought in the same calendar month, down to nil. Packs are not credited, and no credit carries into another month or is paid out.

7. Term, renewal and grace

1. A Plan runs for one month or one year from its start date. It does not renew automatically; the Astrologer renews it by paying again.
2. A Plan renewed before it ends starts the day after the current Plan ends, so no days are lost.
3. After a Plan ends, the Astrologer has 3 days' grace to renew. After the grace period, Plan features and the astrologer calculators lock until the Astrologer renews or uses a day pass or pack day. The free pages stay open.
4. Reports already made stay available to the Astrologer for 12 months from the date they were made, as the Privacy Policy states.

8. Fair use and limits

1. Pramanam sets daily and monthly limits on the number of Reports and free-page uses for each kind of account (Schedule). The limits protect Pramanam from automated copying and resale.
2. When a limit is reached, the account stops for the rest of that day or plan month. The Astrologer may write to support@pramanam.net, and Pramanam may raise the limit for that Astrologer.
3. If an account reaches a daily limit on 3 days within any 7 days, it is placed on hold automatically until Pramanam reviews it.
4. Pramanam may change the limits from time to time. A limit, a stop or a hold is not a breach of this agreement by Pramanam and gives no right to a refund.
5. The Astrologer will not use scripts, bots or any automated means to reach Pramanam, and will not copy the website or its output in bulk.

9. Name and logo licence

1. The Astrologer allows Pramanam to print their name, contact line and logo on Reports made under their Plan, and to show them on the Astrologers page if they are listed. This permission is free of charge and ends when this agreement ends.
2. The Astrologer confirms that they own the name and logo they upload, or have the right to use them, and that the logo does not copy another person's mark.
3. Pramanam may refuse or remove a logo or name that is misleading, offensive, or appears to belong to someone else.
4. For White label, the setup fee includes a designed mark when the Astrologer has no logo. That mark belongs to the Astrologer once the fee is paid.

10. Use of reports and the astrologer's advice

1. Reports are computed by Pramanam from the birth details entered and from the classical texts they cite. They describe; they do not predict.
2. The Astrologer may not alter the computed content of a Report. Their own words go on the "Astrologer's notes" page of the Report, or in their own documents.
3. Any advice, prediction or remedy the Astrologer gives to a Client is the Astrologer's own, and the Astrologer alone is responsible for it. It must not be presented as Pramanam's.
4. The Astrologer is responsible for entering correct birth details. A Report made from wrong details is not a fault of Pramanam.
5. The Astrologer may give or sell Reports made under their Plan to their own Clients. Reports made in the free month or on a reader account may not be resold.

11. White label terms

1. White label Reports carry the Astrologer's name only. The Astrologer presents them to Clients as their own service and answers to their Clients for them.
2. Pramanam has no contract with, and no duty to, the Astrologer's Clients. Clients' questions and complaints go to the Astrologer.
3. The Astrologer will not tell Clients or the public anything false about how White label Reports are made, such as claiming that they were calculated by hand.
4. A White label Plan starts only after Pramanam's check (clause 3) and payment of the setup fee.

12. Client data (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

1. When the Astrologer enters a Client's name and birth details, the Astrologer decides why those details are used. For that data, the Astrologer is the Data Fiduciary and Pramanam acts on the Astrologer's behalf.
2. Before entering a Client's details, the Astrologer must have that Client's consent, and must tell the Client that the details will be processed on Pramanam to make the Report.
3. Pramanam uses Client details only to make, store and show the Report. It does not sell them or use them for marketing to the Client.
4. Pramanam keeps Reports and the details they were made from for 12 months from the date they were made, as its Privacy Policy states, and then erases them. Payment and tax records are kept as the law requires.
5. If a Client asks the Astrologer to delete their details, the Astrologer may ask Pramanam through support@pramanam.net, and Pramanam will erase them.
6. The Astrologer will keep Client data private and will not share their Pramanam account.

13. Conduct and use of the Pramanam name

1. A Verified Astrologer may describe themselves as "Verified astrologer on Pramanam". No Astrologer may claim to be Pramanam's employee, agent, partner or representative.
2. The Astrologer will not use the Pramanam name or marks on their own website, social media pages or printed material, except on Reports made under their Plan and as allowed in point 1.
3. The Astrologer will not run or help run a website or service that copies Pramanam or resells its free output.
4. Pramanam may remove a listing from the Astrologers page at any time.

14. Liability and indemnity

1. Pramanam is not liable for any advice, prediction or remedy the Astrologer gives, or for any decision a Client makes on it.
2. Pramanam's total liability to the Astrologer under this agreement is limited to the fees the Astrologer paid Pramanam in the 12 months before the claim. During the free month it is nil.
3. Pramanam is not liable for loss of business, income or reputation, or for interruptions to the website beyond its reasonable control.
4. The Astrologer will compensate Pramanam for any claim, cost or loss arising from the Astrologer's advice to Clients, a breach of clause 12, or a name or logo the Astrologer had no right to use.

15. Suspension and termination

1. Either party may end this agreement at the end of a Plan by not renewing it.
2. Pramanam may suspend the account or end this agreement at once, without refund, if the Astrologer breaches clauses 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, 12 or 13, or gives false details.
3. When the agreement ends, Plan features stop, the Astrologer's listing and "Verified" label are removed, and no further branded Reports can be made.
4. Reports already made and downloaded stay with the Astrologer. Clauses 12, 14 and 16 continue after the agreement ends.

16. Ownership and confidentiality

1. The website, software, calculation methods, report design and the Pramanam name and marks belong to Pramanam. This agreement gives the Astrologer no ownership of them.
2. The Astrologer's name, logo and their own notes belong to the Astrologer.
3. Each party keeps private any non-public information it learns about the other under this agreement, such as prices agreed individually or account details.

17. Changes to this agreement

1. Each version of this agreement has a number and a date, shown at its top.
2. When Pramanam publishes a new version, the Astrologer is shown it and must accept it before their next purchase. A Plan already paid for continues under the version accepted when it was bought.
3. The figures in the Schedule (prices, Allowances and limits) may be updated on the site without a new version of this agreement. They apply only to purchases made after the change, except the fair-use limits, which apply from the day they change.

18. Law, courts and notices

1. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thrissur, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Notices to Pramanam go to support@pramanam.net. Notices to the Astrologer go to the WhatsApp number and email address on their account.
3. Grievances may be addressed to the Grievance Officer, Surendra Kumar, Director, at support@pramanam.net.
4. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Schedule: plan figures

Prices are shown on the site and are not repeated here. Life Summary and Business Porutham plan prices are 25% (Professional), 40% (Co-branded) or 50% (White label) of the MRP, never above the public price and never below a floor price set by Pramanam.

Without signing in, each internet address may use Grahanila 3 times a day, and Pirannal and Smriti Dinam 10 times a day each.

Calculator day pass: ₹50 a day. Pack: 10 days for ₹400, valid 30 days. Both prices are shown on the site and may change for future purchases.
